The pool with a terrace, barbecue house and the plot

The pool (5 x 9 m) is located in front of the house on the south side. The pool is 1.25 m deep, making it suitable not only for cooling off and swimming, but also to play (ball) games. In the shed there is a volleyball net. Around the pool is a terrace, which is partly covered, with sun beds and armchairs. Under an (illuminated) covering is a barbecue and a dining table. For the safety of small children, the pool area can be closed by a fence.

The country house is located in a peaceful and quiet but not isolated area and is easily accessible via a paved road, which only runs local traffic. The house has a mature garden, surrounded by flowers and trees, which include olive, almond and lemon trees and cypresses. The plot is 17,000 m². The area in front of the house and pool area is fairly flat. Near the pool hangs a hammock between olive trees.
