The country house and the terrace

The house (140 m²) is accessible via a staircase, which leads to spacious and sunny terraces on the east, south and west side of the house (100 m²). For the safety of small children the stairs can be closed with a gate. On the terrace are a dining area, a covered lounge area and several benches. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Bay of Málaga, its surrounding hills and a lush valley. If the weather is clear, you can see Africa and Gibraltar.

From the living room and master bedroom these views can also be fully enjoyed. The living room has a sitting area with two sofas, an armchair, a fireplace, a screen with satellite channels (including Dutch and foreign TV and radio channels), a Blu-ray / DVD player, and Google Chromecast. The cupboards contain books (guides, cookbooks and literature), DVD's, games and puzzles. There is a dining area with a large dining table.

In the kitchen is also a dining table. The kitchen and second utility room are fully furnished and include a four-burner on gas, electric oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, a second refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an espresso machin, a Senseo coffee machine, a second coffee maker, a breadmaker and all utensils. Accessible from the utility room is a shaded terrace on the north side (60 m²) of the house. This terrace, which has more shade, can also be used to dry laundry.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a double sink, bath, shower, bidet and WC. The large double bed in the master bedroom consists of two box-spring beds of 0.90 by 2.00 m with a thick and comfortable top mattress of 1.80 to 2.00 m. It is possible to set them up as two single beds. The second bedroom has the same type of beds as the master bedroom: the same double bed, which can be set up as two single beds. The third bedroom has two separate box-spring beds of 0.90 to 2.00 m. The second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.

A cot and highchair are available for kids.

The bedrooms have air conditioners that can cool but also heat. In the living room, kitchen and large bathroom is floor heating. The living room can also be heated by (olive) wood fire.
